Job Description Description The Children's Emergency Response RN role utilizes the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation) to coordinate, delegate and provide safe therapeutic nursing care to pediatric patients throughout the Children’s Hospital. As an emergency responder, this nurse will respond (along with the appropriate teams) to Pediatric Rapid Response, Pediatric Code Blue and Pediatric Trauma events with a primary function of collaborating with other disciplines and to provide continuity of patient care.
