Job Description Description The Nursing Assistant II performs basic nursing skills, personal care activities, and other tasks as delegated by and under the supervision of the RN/LPN as defined by the NC Board of Nursing. Responsibilities: 1. Provides quality patient care which may include but is not limited to the following: a. Measure vital signs including temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure, etc. b. Provides personal care such as bathing, mouth care, skin care, hair care, nail care, bed making, and dressing/undressing. c. Assists with nutritional needs of patients by performing tasks such as preparing patients for meal time, and feeding patients. d.
