The Emergency Response Team provides basic and advanced life support (BLS and ALS) care during special events, serving event staff, attendees, participants, entertainers, and other individuals onsite. This is a highly visible role that requires exceptional clinical skills and a strong commitment to customer service. Paramedics in this position must demonstrate proficiency in both BLS and ALS protocols while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
