Job Description Summary The MUSC Adult Emergency Department is a Level 1 Trauma Center with 42 treatment areas including four trauma bays. We are a dynamic and fast paced department that oversees greater than 50,000 cases annually. With a dedicated CT scanner and an x-ray machine within our unit, we have the ability to quickly diagnose and treat our patients. We are also a Comprehensive Stroke Center, Accredited Chest Pain Center, and the Designated Burn Center for the region. With MUSC rapidly expanding across the state, we proudly serve the surrounding communities for all their acute healthcare needs.
