UOVUNIUSR0078846EXTERNALENUS The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will provide comprehensive clinical care for the General Cardiology population from the UVA Augusta office. This location is current served by 2 Cardiologists, and 3 APPs, all with high volume clinics. They provide general cardiology services such as HTN, HLD, CAD and refer patients to other cardiology sub-specialties as needed. The clinic has stress testing, and echocardiogram on site as well as a medical lab. The APP will deliver evidence-based cardiovascular care tailored to the patient’s needs, serve as a patient advocate, and function as a key member of a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence in patient outcomes, education, and compassionate care. Shifts: Monday–Friday, primarily daytime hours; no weekends, holidays or call expected.
