Responsible for the assessments of patients, documentation of such assessments, and completion of any received orders according to the defined practice guidelines and EHR protocols. Accountable for assuring the delivery of quality nursing care for the designated patients of PHI in accordance with patients’ needs, providers' orders, defined plan of care, policies, and standards of practice.
