The Registered Nurse - Cardiac Prep and Recovery plays a vital role in the continuum of cardiac care, ensuring patients are safely and effectively prepared for cardiac procedures and supported through their immediate recovery. They are responsible for the delivery of patient care for assigned patients on a specific shift worked. They are expected to coordination of all aspects of the medical plan and nursing standards of care using the nursing process.
