In partnership with clinical leadership, physicians and unit staff, the Behavioral Resource RN assures that the standards of nursing practice for behavioral-based interventions and optimal patient outcomes are achieved. Utilizes knowledge of our behavioral health patient population and growth and development over the lifespan and demonstrates skill in the independent application of this knowledge to the nursing care process.
