Description We are seeking a compassionate and organized nurse to support pediatric patients and families within a specialized outpatient care setting. This role combines patient coordination, telephone and virtual nursing support, family education, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships with children and families, helping them navigate care needs, and providing guidance throughout the patient journey. This position is well suited for a nurse who is interested in care coordination and case management responsibilities but prefers a role that is not focused exclusively on traditional case management.
