The successful applicant will be an APP interested in working full-time (40 hours/week) M-F 8a-4p including outpatient care of patients and clinical and/or procedural care as needed by the practice and delegated by the collaborating surgeon. This role focuses on the evaluation, longitudinal management, and coordination of care for patients with complex, multisystem conditions, including chronic pain, autonomic dysfunction, gastrointestinal complications, fatigue, and functional limitations.
