This position offers the opportunity to practice in an independent, inpatient practice model — managing an autonomous panel of hospitalized patients with attending-level accountability within a collaborative, multidisciplinary hospital environment. The APP in this role will serve as a primary provider for an assigned inpatient census, leading comprehensive management of general medicine patients from admission through discharge. The successful candidate will function with a high degree of clinical independence, consistent with their licensure and scope of practice, and will be expected to bring the clinical acumen and confidence consistent with that model.
