Job Description Summary This position delivers high-quality, patient-centered primary care services in underserved and vulnerable communities using a fully equipped mobile medical unit. The ideal candidate is passionate about the underserved community, experienced in autonomous practice, and comfortable with field-based care delivery. The team will include one LPN, one LISW, and one APP on a mobile medical unit. Each day, the unit will visit various underserved areas to deliver medical treatment to those in need.
