Department Post Acute Services Job Summary Sarasota Memorial First Physicians Group is seeking a Certified Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our Post-Acute Team. The primary function of the PA |NP role is to provide evidence-based, compassionate, and high-quality direct patient care with a focus on post-acute care. The PA | NP should be comfortable working both independently in the field as well as in collaboration with other members of a multidisciplinary team in the nursing home and assisted living facility settings. Opportunity Highlights: Monday – Friday Office hours are 8:00am-4:30pm Provide post-acute services in skilled nursing facilities for both sub-acute and long-term care patients.
