This location is current served by 2 Cardiologists, and 3 APPs, all with high volume clinics. They provide general cardiology services such as HTN, HLD, CAD and refer patients to other cardiology sub-specialties as needed. The clinic has stress testing, and echocardiogram on site as well as a medical lab. The APP will deliver evidence-based cardiovascular care tailored to the patient’s needs, serve as a patient advocate, and function as a key member of a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence in patient outcomes, education, and compassionate care. Shifts: MondayFriday, primarily daytime hours; no weekends, holidays or call expected. UOVUNIUSR0086522EXTERNALENUS  UVA’s Crozet Family Medicine Primary Care Clinic in a rural setting.  This is a multiple disciplinary clinic that offers specialty care and mental health access.   The full-time APP in this role will work 8 4-hour templated sessions weekly, with an allotment of 8 hours each week for non-patient facing care responsibilities (completing encounter documentation, pre-charting, follow-up communication, in-basket work, etc.).
