Job Description Summary Health Care Provider for the Nephrology and Transplant ICCE. Uses advanced clinical management, consultation, education and research to promote quality care for the specific Nephrology patient populations. Develops and implements clinical pathway guidelines and evaluates outcomes. Advances clinical knowledge through research-based practice. Coordinates staff development and assists in orientation. An ability to establish cooperative working relationships with diverse groups and individuals, medical staff and other health care disciplines and understanding of the consultative process.
