Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position, includes a $10,000 bonus.
Shift: Evenings 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM or Nights (NOC) 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Position Type: Part-Time, benefits eligible position, includes a $5,000 bonus.
Shifts: Day 6:30 PM - 3:00 PM or Every other weekend Days: 6:30am - 3:00pm
Position Type: On-Call. We are also hiring RNs to join our on-call team.
Bonus: $10,000 for Full-Time. $5,000 for Part-Time.

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties:
- Assess, develop, and evaluate resident care plans.
- Manage common geriatric conditions (cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, etc.).
- Supervise LPNs, TMAs, and Nursing Aides.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitoring effectiveness.
- Oversee medication, equipment, & supply management per policy.
- Document care using electronic charting systems.
- Communicate resident status changes to physicians, families, and clinical managers.
- Maintain a respectful, team-oriented work environment.
- Current Minnesota RN license in good standing.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
- Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.
