As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Chapel View, you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults. Position Types: Part-Time
Available Shifts:
Wage: $30.00 $36.57 / hour depending on experience.
Bonuses:
$1,000 (Part-Time)

Nurse Responsibilities:
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Performs additional duties as required.
- Must have a current Minnesota LPN license and be in good standing.
- Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
