Job Overview:
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Administrative Director for Morris Cancer Center O/P Treatment Area CINJ for Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing,
RN Licensure New Jersey
BLS required. (American Heart Association)
2-5 years outpatient infusion clinical practice1-2 years related management experience,
Scheduling Requirements:
Full Time 40 hours per week
Essential Functions:
Accountability and supervision for staff that includes RN's, CNA's & Unit Secretaries for Morris Cancer Center O/P Treatment Area
Director will manage the staffing, budget & quality measures of the Unit
An integral part of the Nursing Leadership Team at RWJ New Brunswick
Responsibility for multiple teams who support daily essential patient care
This individual is responsible to have 24/7 responsibility, recruit and manage multiple teams and improve quality and customer satisfaction,
