🩺 What You’ll Do

You’ll bring expert, compassionate care to postpartum and newborn patients — and so much more. As a WEST Float RN, you’ll:

• Use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide evidence-based, individualized care.

• Manage complex clinical situations with confidence and critical thinking.

• Administer medications safely and accurately, always adhering to sterile techniques.

• Partner with patients and families to educate, advocate, and empower.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver consistent, high-quality care across the system.

✅ What You’ll Need to Bring

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a diploma from an accredited nursing program required.

📋 Licensure & Certifications:

• Active RN License (compact or single-state) required.
• BLS & ACLS certifications — required and ready to roll!

🩺 Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of recent, hands-on RN experience in a relevant clinical setting required.

💡 Skills:

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and customer service chops
• Quick on your feet and calm under pressure
• Organized, thoughtful, and a total team player
