As a Recovery RN Advocate, you need to know how to: Provide comprehensive professional nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation primarily during home visits to patients and their families eligible for Recovery Nurse Advocate (R-RNA) services Meet the needs of the patient, family and interdisciplinary team through communication, coordination, evaluation, and service excellence Manage a case load of up to 25 clients Your experience. We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) Minimum one (1) year nursing experience in maternal / child health or mental health nursing Previous experience in home and community based professional nursing practice Current Colorado RN license or compact license with the ability to obtain Colorado RN license Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association Unrestricted Driver’s License in the state of Colorado Preferred: Current certification in specialty area At least three to five (3-5) years of experience working in maternal / child health or behavioral health with knowledge of Addiction processes Recent public health experience Are you a New Grad RN?
