Description Summary: Responsible for admitting the patient to the clinical area and providing nursing care to the preoperative patient, as well as, developing a nursing care plan specifically designed for the individual patient. We are also looking for one to deliver nursing care in the Post-Operative Care Unit (PACU) to patients entering the postoperative phase of treatment, responsible for assessing the patient’s condition and readiness for discharge. Facilitates intra and interdepartmental communication and collaboration to promote excellence in patient care and enhance patient outcomes.
