Job Description Summary The Occupational Health Manager provides overall operational, clinical, and administrative leadership for the Santee Cooper Onsite Health & Wellness Center. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day clinic operations, leading clinical and support staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing occupational health and primary care service delivery, and serving as the primary liaison between MUSC Health and Santee Cooper leadership. The Program Director drives program performance, workforce health initiatives, quality improvement efforts, and client satisfaction while supporting occupational injury prevention and employee wellness objectives.
