This is a great opportunity to grow your career! In this role, you will help the DHS lead nursing aides in providing exceptional resident care to our residents. In addition to generous benefits, we are offering a $7,000 Bonus! You will be working in a communal home setting which provides a natural, home-like setting to encourage engagement and reduces isolation among residents. Each home consists of 12-15 suites arranged around a warm, friendly, central living and kitchen area.
