UOVUNIUSR0086522EXTERNALENUS  UVA’s Crozet Family Medicine Primary Care Clinic in a rural setting.  This is a multiple disciplinary clinic that offers specialty care and mental health access.   The full-time APP in this role will work 8 4-hour templated sessions weekly, with an allotment of 8 hours each week for non-patient facing care responsibilities (completing encounter documentation, pre-charting, follow-up communication, in-basket work, etc.).
