Job Description Description The UNC Float/Flex Pool is seeking Patient Sitters to join their team. This position may float to the Medical Center in Chapel Hill, and the Hospital at Hillsborough in Hillsborough, North Carolina. The UNC Float/Flex Pool is made up of approximately 300 RNs and NAs/CSTs. We float to all 75 units of the main campus (except the OR and NCCC) and Hillsborough campus to help staff when they are short-handed. This position floats throughout the hospital working one on one care or staffing on any unit in the hospital. Must be flexible and interested in caring for patients in all service areas from emergency department to critical care and all ages from infant to geriatrics.
