OverviewRegistered Nurse RN, Interventional Radiology IR, Full-Time, Days
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Interventional Radiology (IR) Team in Albuquerque, NM.
Lovelace Medical Center, in the heart of Albuquerque. Lovelace Medical Center is an acute care hospital providing comprehensive care, including around-the-clock emergency care, surgical services, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, cardiology, stroke care, radiology and oncology services, including the state’s only Gamma Knife Center for non-invasive radiologic brain surgery.
Responsibilities
Registered Nurse RN Job Responsibilities:
- According to nursing care standards, provides professional nursing care services to patients with a specialty care needs.
- Has responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patients that are in a critical care setting or potentially result in patient crisis situation.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse RN Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum: Associate’s Degree or Diploma of Nursing Desired: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Desired: Two (2) year critical care experience
- Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality; Management skills; strong organization and problem solving skills; works well in a team setting; communicates effectively both orally and in writing.
- Competent in Moderate Sedation
- Required: BLS; ACLS; PALS ; Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire)
