We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Quality Data Analyst to join the Mountainside Team!

What You’ll Do

The Quality Data Analyst collects, processes, and performs data analyses. This position is responsible for modifying and creating reports and dashboards.

The successful candidate will be able to:

• Produce performance reports (i.e. dashboards, scorecards, ad-hoc reports) for internal and external stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with others in Quality Management Department, as well as the Risk and Patient Safety Departments to ensure reports and analysis efforts are streamlined and consistent with department projects and goals
• Create graphical representations and/or dashboard reports using data from multiple systems and/or sources
• Identify and troubleshoot anomalies in reports prior to distribution by collaborating with necessary parties
• Complete medical record timelines as needed for quality and risk cases
• Provide assistance as requested to support required deliverable submissions
• Assist with initiatives to improve company and department data strategy
• Collaborate with nursing departments and other clinical services across the organization
• Track monthly metrics related to 30-day readmission and mortality and daily tracking of Covid-19 data
• Perform any and all other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare field preferred
• 3-5 years of acute care experience preferred
• Experience with Epic strongly preferred
• Experience with Power-BI, Epic, Midas, Trideo, and Stratus preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills: (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
