Description
The Cardiothoracic Valve Clinic Coordinator - RN works closely with physicians in various Cardiovascular Surgery areas, coordinating process improvements, cardiovascular valve registry and coordinates a patient's care plan communication and program. Responsible for facilitating a timely, integrated and coordinated approach to the care of patients with cardiovascular disease. Under Cardiology and Surgery administrative direction, they provide patient education related to their illness and planned treatment at BayCare Health System Hospitals. Required experience includes 3 years Cardiovascular, 3 years Inpatient, and 3 years Nursing.
