Job Description
Assists the residential supervisor of Casa Colina's High Desert Padua Programs in supervision and evaluation of residential staff on identified shifts. Responsible for medication administration and documentation on assigned shift, directs and assists the residential staff in executing daily living procedures and client programs, monitors behavioral patterns of residents and recommends changes to the center director.
Requirements include current valid California LVN/LPN license, minimum of two (2) years experience in a rehabilitation program and/or related experience in an accredited hospital; acquired brain injury experience preferred and current CPR. California Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record as outlined in Casa Colina's insurance policy and the ability to pass Department of Justice and FBI background clearance prior to start date.

Casa Colina's physician leaders and rehabilitation teams provide innovative medical and rehabilitation services to more than 10,000 people a year. This continuum of care is provided within the Medical/Surgical Hospital, Rehabilitation Hospital and Outpatient Center; nearly 20 specialty physician programs; an associated imaging center and ambulatory surgery center; a thriving long-term residential program with six locations; an adult day health care center; a transitional living center; children's services at our campus and at school sites; plus many community programs.
