At Vidant Home Health, we know that some patients recovering from an illness or injury don’t need to be in a hospital setting, but they do need supervised medical care. We know that patients and families want to be in caring hands. Our Home Health services allow patients to recover at home in a more comfortable environment.
Position Summary
Provides direct skilled nursing services as described in the patient's plan of care and manages the interdisciplinary care of a caseload of patient to achieve optimal quality and financial outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
BSN preferred
American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification
Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the N.C. Board of Nursing
More than 2 years progressive clinical experience preferred
