Clinical Education Specialist - RN
SUMMARY: Accountable for assessment analysis to determine target audience and learner needs, identification of educational outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Accountable for promoting a continuous learning environment that supports ongoing clinical staff development throughout the organization. This position practices within the scope of the Nursing Practice act, and in accordance with Valley Children's Hospital policies.
REQUIREMENTS: The position requires a Bachelor's Degree with Master's Degree program preferred. Either the Bachelor's or Master's Degree must be in Nursing. Active California RN license required. Minimum of 3 years related work experience.
POSITION DETAILS: Full time 80 hours per pay period, Day shift.
LOCATION: Madera, CA
