We are looking for an RN Hospital Supervisor to join our growing team. In your role, you will be integral to employee and patient experience! You will coordinate nursing and hospital support services while maintaining an awareness of facility and health system challenges. You will coordinate patient flow and transfers system-wide in conjunction with medical staff, other hospitals, managers and nursing administration or bed control. With experience in communication and conflict resolution, you will be key in these areas of the facilities and outside entities.
