We are looking for an RN Hospital Supervisor to join our growing team. In your role, you will be integral to employee and patient experience! You will coordinate nursing and hospital support services while maintaining an awareness of facility and health system challenges. You will coordinate patient flow and transfers system-wide in conjunction with medical staff, other hospitals, managers and nursing administration or bed control. With experience in communication and conflict resolution, you will be key in these areas of the facilities and outside entities.

In your role, you will:

• Coordinate patient flow and patient transfers corporate-wide in conjunction with medical staff, other hospitals, Managers and Bed Control/Admitting/ED.
• Assist and collaborate with Managers with the assignments of nursing personnel in accordance with staffing plans by providing inter- and - intra - facility perspectives.
• Assist with any administrative issues that require immediate input and resolution.
• Assist with the coordination of any emergency services necessary for internal and external disasters.
• Assist and support Managers in meeting unit specific needs.

Education

• Graduate of an approved nursing program required

Experience

• 5 years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse required
• 1 year of experience in management preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification required
