The Nursing Assistant II performs the duties of a CNA and Unit Clerk/Monitor Tech as required.

Education: Coursework/Training - Successful completion of the Unit Clerk Class.
Experience: 1 year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and/or Unit Clerk.
