We are looking for RN’s to join our ICU Step Down team! In this fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a close-knit team, all while caring for a wide acuity of patients. The patients you will care for will range from moderate to high acuity, including complex medical and surgical patients, chronic ventilator patients, and more. This is the perfect opportunity if you are looking to grow your ICU experience!

In this 30 bed unit, you will have an RN to patient ratio of 1:3. You will be working closely with all members of the multidisciplinary team ranging from the physician & specialty consultant, to respiratory therapy, physical therapy, case management and pharmacy. As the primary RN you play an important role integrating this multidisciplinary approach into your patient’s plan of care.
