Your day
 

As a Wound Care Ostomy RN you know that every day is different, which is why you need to know how to:

• 
  
• Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary team in the development of clinical guidelines and treatment protocols
  
• Adapt to quickly changing dynamic situations calmly and effectively
  
• Respond to and communicate professionally with peers and providers as you perform your work
  
• Comply with procedural and documentation guidelines
  
• Serve as a clinical resource person to staff by assisting with decision-making, assessment, treatment and documentation of care
   
  

Your experience
 

We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

• 
  
• Current Wound and Ostomy certifications preferred
  
• ASN/ADN or BSN from an accredited program
  
• Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years of hire unless you have a minimum of 15 years of proven, continuous, acute care RN experience, required
  
• At least 5 years acute care nursing with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in specialty area
  
• Current RN license to practice nursing in the state of Montana
  
• Current BLS
  
• Experience in adult education, preferred
