Our St. Francis hospital is seeking an expereienced RN House Supervisor. We are looking for your experience, knowledge and patient care skills where you will be resonsible for:

The House Supervisor is responsible for assisting the leadership team with staffing coordination, shift operations and overall problem solving. In addition he/she assures and supports the appropriate use of resources and mentors clinical staff in the provision of quality care. In the absence of the Health Center Administrator the House Supervisor has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of the Administrator-on-call. The House Supervisor reports to the Director or designee.

So what qualifications are we looking for?

  • BSN (Bachelor's in Nursing)
  • Current Kansas RN licensure
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • 4 years staff RN experience
  • At least 1 year of management experience within the last 5 years in a similar healthcare setting
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and EPIC software; preferred.
