This position is responsible for planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care, developing nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary and communicating changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Performs various tests, procedures and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse. Establishes patient goals to provides teaching regarding medical condition, medications, treatments and self care skills.
- Experience with patient safety best practices preferred.

- Registered Nurse (RN) with New Jersey Board of Nursing
- BLS Required
- 2 years experience in an acute care hospital setting required
