Job Description

We are looking for a Clinical RN in our Main St. Fam Practice Department

at St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare

Location: Hesperia, CA

Schedule: Full-Time 80 Biweekly Hours

Shift: 8 Hours Day Shift

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing utilization review and coordination of care throughout the healthcare continuum to promote quality and cost effective care to the members.


  • Knowledge of utilization management, case management and healthcare provided throughout the continuum.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time and remain organized.
  • Ability to work autonomously but also as a team member.

Position Requirements:

Education: Nursing school graduate


  • 3 years experience in utilization management and/or case management.
  • Experience with Milliman criteria.

Training: Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in hospital or medical office/clinic setting.

License / Certification: Active California RN license

Preferred Qualification:

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or related field

License / Certification: Certification in Case Management (CCM)

Experience: Proficiency in Excel, Access, and Word computer applications.
