Our St. Francis hospital is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse OR Registered Medical Assistant. We are looking for your experience, knowledge and patient care skills in our Tallgrass General Surgery Clinic where you will be responsible for:
Licensed Practical Nurse
Delivers nursing care according to the standards of care defined within the Kansas Nurse Practice Act and the policies and procedures of The University of Kansas Health System, St. Francis Campus.
Clearly communicates, both orally and in writing, to foster staff and patient understanding of treatment plan.
Provides quality customer service to patients, families, co-workers, and other members of the interdisciplinary health care team to create a professional and respectful environment.
Licensed Practical Nurse
Licensed Practical Nurse degree
Kansas State Board of Nursing LPN licensure
Basic Life Certification
Preference will be given to prior experience in comparable health care setting
Basic computer skills
