We are the only nonprofit, community-based hospice in the area, and have been supporting our community for more than 40-years. We have a comprehensive team of hospice and palliative care experts including providers, nurses, social workers, spiritual counselors, grief counselors and aides that help our patients and families navigate life-limiting illness on their terms while ensuring comfort and dignity,
This role offers exciting opportunities in a variety of areas including our hospice outpatient teams and our 16-bed hospice inpatient unit. Join our team to assure standards, quality and excellence of care is provided to the patients and families we are honored to serve.
Hourly Pay Range: $93.62 - $126.38
New hires are placed into a salary grade based on education, experience and equity within a position. Please note that compensation ranges are intended to be a good faith estimate of a likely hiring range for this position.
Supplemental Pay:
Supplemental pay based on position, schedule and/or availability.
Mileage and Expense Reimbursement:
Employee travel is paid out based on company pay practices.
Comprehensive Benefit Package:
Employee Classification: PTBE - Regular Part Time benefit eligible employees are regularly scheduled 20-29 hours.
Provides physician services within the spectrum of hospice and palliative care. The Physician guides, directs, and is a care consultant to the Outpatient, Inpatient and Palliative departments’ staff, the patient’s attending physician and other providers to assure standards, quality, and excellence of care is provided. Fosters and maintains external relationships between the hospice & palliative care programs and other professionals and organizations engaged in health care services.
