This job provides for the delivery of patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses and Standards for Nursing Practice. Directs and assists licensed and ancillary team members with assigned responsibilities. Collaborates with multidisciplinary team and coordinates delivery of plan of care.

This is a supervisor full time position for M-F 8am-5pm with availability after hours incase of any emergencies or weather events. This position would be supervising 25 staff members.

Education

Required - Associates degree.

Preferred - Bachelor's degree in nursing.


Work Experience
Required - 5 years related experience including 1 year supervisory or leadership experience.


Certifications

Required - Current RN License in the state of practice, CPR certification.

Preferred - Certification in clinical area, ACLS, PALS.
