Job Summary: The New Graduate Nurse Residency program is built on an evidence-based curriculum that meets national residency accreditation standards. This proven program was developed by experts from academic medical centers and schools of nursing across the country. It is designed to effectively support new graduate nurses as they transition into their professional roles as caregivers in the acute care hospital setting. Core content focuses on 3 critical areas: leadership, patient outcomes, and professional role. This posting is for May 2020 New Grads or upcoming December 2020 New Grads or Licensed RN's that have not yet worked as a nurse. Minimum Requirements: Expected graduation from an accredited School of Nursing. Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification required. ***Relocation up to $5000 for qualified candidates
