Position Summary

  • The Nursing Supervisor is a professional nurse who is currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina. He/she supervises and coordinates the activities of nursing personnel on his/her assigned shift to maintain continuity for around-the-clock nursing care. He/she works and maintains job competence to provide care across all age spectums - from neonates to the elderly - by continuing education and experience in all age-related fields.

Minimum Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
  • ADN or Nursing Diploma Required.
  • American Heart Association BLS Certification.
  • American Heart Association ACLS certification - If not current at hire, will have 6 months from hire date to attain.

Preferred Requirements

  • BSN preferred
