As the Unit Director on our Neuro/ trauma ICU, you will provide vital leadership for one of the premier Neuro/Trauma unit. We are committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for the most complex and challenging cases.

Qualifications

 

We’re seeking an experienced nursing leader with a current California RN license and:

BSN with an MSN or Masters in a related field
CCRN or Leadership national certification, preferred
3-5 years of progressive leadership experience, required
Previous Neuro/trauma ICU experience, preferred
Previous ICU experience, required
Previous Magnet or Beacon experience, preferred
Knowledge to manage disaster incidents, sentinel events and ability to problem solve with Critical Thinking Skills
