Your day.

As an Intensive Care Unit Nurse you know that every day is different, which is why you need to know how to:

  • Adapt to quickly changing dynamic situations calmly and effectively
  • Respond to and communicate professionally with peers and providers as you perform your work
  • Use our self-scheduling model for shift sign ups and one required on-call shift per month
  • Understand that working as a team in the ICU is vitally important

Your experience.

We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

  • ASN/ADN from an accredited program
  • Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years of hire unless you have a minimum of 15 years of proven, continuous acute care RN experience, required
  • Current RN license to practice nursing in the state of Montana
  • Current BLS within 60 days of hire
  • Completion and maintenance of ACLS certification within 12 months of date of hire.
  • Completion and maintenance of TNCC certification within 24 months of date of hire.
