We’re currently in need of a Trauma Performance Improvement Nurse Coordinator to support the Trauma Services Department. Will be responsible for the overall coordination and facilitation of performance improvement data collection, analysis, trending and benchmarking of data and outcomes with the completion of all PI documentation the trauma registry. Additional responsibilities include completion of trauma case reviews and maintaining a tracking system for select chart reviews, quality indicators, and reports.
Requires: California RN license, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC. TNCC or ATCN certification preferred. Plus, 2 years’ experience in trauma nursing and quality assurance.
