RN, Med/Surg Hillcrest Hospital Claremore, FT, 7p-7am, $7,000.00 sign on bonus
At Hillcrest Hospital Claremore, we're proud to offer advanced services right here at home – from our Peggy V. Helmerich Birthing Center, to outpatient surgeries and preventative care. And when you need emergency care, our 24/7 emergency physician –staffed ER is right where you want it to be – close by- to give you prompt medical treatment. The RN also must demonstrate the knowledge and skills needed to provide age-appropriate care, based on the assigned unit. This includes a thorough understanding of the principles of growth and development over the life span, along with the ability to assess/interpret issues relative to an individual patient's status and age-specific needs. This position will adhere to all policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma and possess a current BLS certification. ACLS preferred. One or more current years of acute care experience as a registered nurse preferred. Must be able to provide nursing care to patients of all ages: neonates to geriatric population. Must demonstrate teaching and leadership skills.
