This individual is responsible for: Using data to drive improvement to identify performance opportunities in data analysis, team facilitation, and regulatory reporting. Applying procedures for the governance of data assets (understanding data abstraction specifications) Acquiring data from source systems Designing data collection plans for KPIs Integrate data from internal and external electronic systems Using statistical and visualization methods  Identifying and reporting patient safety risks and events Collaborating to analyze patient safety risks and events Executing measure requirements Facilitating practitioner performance review activities Applying procedures for the governance of data assets (fielding data requests) Implementing standard PPI methods. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's in Nursing. Minimum five years of experience working in a complex healthcare work environment. Must have a valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board. CPHQ preferred. Knowledge of Quality Improvement Methodology, Data Collection and Analysis and Improvement techniques.
