Registered Nurse II - Genetics Clinic - Part Time
SUMMARY: This position is accountable to independently manage the care of complex patients, deliver patient care at a proficient level, and serve as a resource. This position practices under the direction of the designated nurse executive, within the scope of the Nursing Practice Act, and in accordance with Children's policies.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years' nursing experience required and must meet RN II clinical advancement program criteria
- Experience in pediatrics and/or genetics required
- Bilingual skills desirable
EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIFICATIONS:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program and 4-year degree required
- Active California Registered Nurse licensure (RN)
- HeartCode Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer into position
POSITION DETAILS: Part time, 3 days per week, clinic closed on weekends and holidays
PAY RANGE: $42.80 - $66.20
DISCLAIMER: Final compensation will be dependent upon skills and experience. Top of pay scale for RN I-RN II is $66.20 and top of scale for RN III-RNIV is $70.00
