The Skilled Nursing Unit at Augusta Health is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our close-knit team on a 17 bed skilled unit. Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, the RN oversees the care of patients recovering from general debility. Our friendly and compassionate professional team helps patients relearn or improve daily living skills to achieve their highest level of independence. There is nothing more rewarding than celebrating a patient’s progress and recovery to return home following an acute hospitalization or illness.
We currently have a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) position open on our Skilled Unit. The Registered Nurse is accountable for the coordination of direct patient care, education, and serves as a leader of the patient care team. The RN will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high quality patient care.
